Green Tea Benefits:
This morning a friend made me a cup of hot green tea, and while I was drinking it, I could not help but wonder what even is green tea? What is in it? What benefits does it consist of? Why is it such a common drink overseas? I did some exploring a found some interesting facts..... It turns out that researchers found multiple reasons drinking green tea is actually good for your health, both physically and mentally.

It interesting that how much tea in general, especially green tea benefits you over let's say a cup of coffee in the morning.

    Green tea is one of my favourite drinks! We have them bottled and refrigerated in Singapore so you'd see it around just as much as bottles of coke. One of my platoon sergeants would drink green tea like it was water, so that became his callsign! "Green Tea". His platoon made a name tag for him and everything. It was great.
